So essentially, Paul is attempting to persuade Republicans in Congress to follow the law… but only in FEAR that the NEXT (presumably Democratic) president will do the SAME ILLEGAL ACTIONS THAT THEY’RE ALLOWING, RIGHT NOW, BY THEIR CURRENT PRESIDENT?
